According to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company still plans to hire "to support its service capacity needs and growth expectations."

Transcarent will purchase 98point6's virtual care platform and care business. After the deal, 98point6 will focus on licensing its software to third-party providers.

In a post on LinkedIn, Color CEO Othman Laraki said the company would focus on its core lines of business, including testing and telehealth infrastructure for government programs, and its prevention tools for employers and healthcare purchasers.

The funds will be used to open new clinics in the U.S.
