AI in healthcare seems to be a hot topic of discussion around the world at the moment, but what progress has been made in terms of adoption in clinical routine? “Improving our diagnostic and treatment processes has always been the fundamental basis of our thinking and we have welcomed AI,” Miikka Korja, chief information officer and cerebrovascular neurosurgeon at the Helsinki University Hospital in Finland, explains in an interview for the second issue of the HIMSS Insights eBook.
